Post Game Quotes - Select Women Head Coach Chance Fry:
For our first game ever I thought we played great. I'm very pleased with the team tonight. They came out with intensity and played hard the whole game. Shannon (Forslund) was our best over all player today. She was solid the whole game and did not make a mistake in the first half. (Sounders) Coach Neil (Megson), joking, asked if he could keep Shannon for the Sounders team. I thought that Janelle (Munnis) provided a spark off the bench. Her two goals were outstanding. I thought that she was very composed with the ball. We can use this game as a springboard for the rest of the season.

Select Goalkeeper Lindsey Jorgensen:
I didn't know what to expect in this game. We hadn't even had a scrimmage game. I thought that we played well for this being our first game. We were athletic and were able to keep possession of the ball.
