The Seattle Sounders Select were defeated by the Calgary Storm 3-0 in the PDL Western Conference Final match played at the Santa Ana Bowl in Santa Ana, CA. The Storm scored three second-half goals to earn the victory.

Mark McKenna scored the game-winning goal in the 53rd minute for Calgary. Lemire's goal came on the resulting free kick after Select midfielder Kurt Ness was sent off for a foul.

Chris Lemire scored the scored the insurance second goal in the 75th minute against Select goalkeeper Carlos Castellanos. McKenna's goal was both scored on breakaways, after the Select had pushed forward players in an attempt to try and score. Felix Napuri headed in a goal in the 90th minute for the final result.

With the victory, Calgary advance to the PDL Final Four, which will be played next weekend in Des Moines, Iowa. Seattle finishe the season with a franchise best 16-0-6 (W-D-L) record.
