John Smith writes:  The place offers a full bar, decent beer selection, Mexican & Bolivian food, even live music.  They cater to the large Bolivian community in the Washington, D.C. area and of course is D.C. United-friendly.  They show a lot of pay-per-view broadcasts and in lieu of a cover charge, they simply request that patrons watching soccer spend a minimum of $10 each on food or drink.  TV monitor in the bar, a large one in a separate room off the bar and a giant screen in the back party room.

Penny Lane Pub, on 7th Street just of Broad Street
Mike Hays says "...is owned and operated by Brits.  Adidas rented this Pub for all of the Men's NCAA Finals held at the U. of Richmond Stadium.  This place is well equipped with many TVs, pool table, darts and ample seating.  I HIGHLY recommend a drink called a "Snake Bite".

Mullaney's Harp and Fiddle Irish Pub
It's not listed on their website, but they generally show EPL games on Saturday and Sundays.  Really a nice friendly place with a knowledgeable staff.
